Edubear

During my time at Rockfield Media, I was ask to create a new maskot for the nursery, Educare.

Before creating my finals, I drew up my ideas on paper to gather opinions, both by Rockfield and Educare.

The final decision was to design a bear mascot, which will be shown on many different items / objects through-out Educare.

These are my final design which have been created on Adobe Illustrator. The bear will start of by being produced onto work sheets, stickers, posters and certificates.

If the bear is a success, the company will get ‘Teddy bears’ created and then they will get a full size mascot made.

At the moment, they are testing out bear samples and looking into getting a mascot created, therefore it must of been a success with the children.

Bolton Player / Kit Poster

For the BWFC kit promotion, I started designing many different pieces for the kit promotion and then the main design at Rockfield added key information and elements of design to finish the tasks.

Overall I enjoyed my time at Rockfield and worked there the majority of the summer holiday.

I was very greatful with the tasks I did at Rockfield as I felt it was a big achievement and I learnt a lot.

The work I did at Rockfield achieved good feedback which I was also grateful for and studios like Rockfields would be a place where I would be more than happy to work in after LCA.

Post Three

Bolton Wanderers Kit Photo Shoot

Before attending the photoshoot, I was given the task to draw up all the styles of shots we will be looking for. These had to be quick sketches so we could look at them if needs and keep tract of what we are looking to achieve.

This photoshoot is very important for the club and Rockfield as it is the first shoot at Bolton, sice it change from ‘The Reebok’, to ‘Macron’, therefore the shoot much go smoothly. The work produced after must also be produced fast and stay professional.

I was to work along side a photographer, the owner of Rockfield Media and a manger at BWFC to set up and take part in the kit promotion photoshoot.

I set up the photoshoot with the photographer in the BWFC home teams changing room and then took part in taking photos of the players which in mulitiple positions.
